Berkshire County Trailer accepts no responsibility for any damage or accident caused by the use of ratchet straps. These terms form part of the Hire Agreement which is signed before the trailer leaves our premises for hire.
**Hitch locks, wheel clamps, winches, loading ramps and mesh cages must be returned at the end of hire in the same condition they were at the beginning of hire. Any loss or damage of these items on return will be deducted from your deposit.
