You will require the following documents in order hire a trailer: 

​A.  UK DRIVER’S LICENCE & PASSPORT IF LEAVING THE COUNTRY

B.  A CURRENT UTILITY BILL (COUNCIL TAX, GAS OR BANK STATEMENT) WITH MATCHING ADDRESS.  PLEASE NOTE A MOBILE PHONE BILL IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

C.  THERE IS A PRE-AUTHORISED DEPOSIT OF £200.00 FOR UK HIRE AND £500.00 FOR EUROPEAN HIRE.

Furthermore on the day of your hire please ensure you call us at least 30 minutes before you arrive.  This will also enable us to ensure your trailer is checked and ready for when you arrive.

Lastly on the day of your return with the hire trailer we also require you to call at least 30 minutes before drop off to ensure a member of staff is available to meet you at the yard.
